Lead our marketing strategy and drive growth for AnyHouse

What you'll do:
- Build and execute a bold marketing strategy to scale AnyHouse from 10K → 100K → 1M users
- Lead and grow a multi-disciplinary marketing team across content, growth, and brand
- Drive consumer virality through short-form content, UGC, paid ads and rapid experimentation
- Develop and optimize acquisition funnels for both B2C renters and B2B relocation teams
- Create data-driven processes for testing, tracking, and maximizing growth ROI
What we're looking for:
- Hands-on experience marketing or growth, ideally with consumer tech startup experience
- Proven track record scaling real products (not just “managed social media”)
- Strong performance marketing skills and obsession with analytics
- Experience creating viral content, community-driven growth, and partnerships
- Strong storytelling, sharp brand intuition, and the speed to ship under tight timelines

UGC Creator (User-Generated Content)
Create engaging, authentic content that showcases AnyHouse
Remote / Netherlands
What you'll do:
- Create a wide range of engaging UGC videos: tips, POVs, skits, tutorials, etc.
- Produce content for dedicated UGC accounts and AnyHouse official channels
- Handle full production: ideation, scripting, filming, editing, captions, hooks
- Deliver 15–20 pieces of content per month across TikTok and Instagram
- Collaborate with the team to test creative variations, and improve performance
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in high-engagement, short-form content creation
- Portfolio showing authentic, relatable videos across multiple styles
- Confident on camera with clear communication and natural presence
- Skilled in CapCut, Canva and AI video editing tools
- Based in the Netherlands (preferred but not required)
