The current version is always the one published on this page, and the date it was last changed is shown at the top. If we make a change that materially affects how we handle your personal information, we will tell registered users directly, by email or through a notice in the app, before that change takes effect.
Your use of the Services is governed by our Terms and Conditions. Where we rely on your consent for a specific purpose, we ask for it separately, and you can withdraw it at any time.

"App" means the AnyHouse Rentals mobile application, available through the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
"Bot" means AnyHouse chatbot, hosted in Telegram.

"Services" means all the features offered to the User through the Website, App, and Bot.

We share limited personal information for social media, messaging, and mobile app platforms that we use for logging you in.
We share your personal information in a relationship with bookkeeping agencies we use to perform the official financial reports.

We use your personal information in accordance with Payment Service Providers, such as Apple's In-App Purchase system (for iOS App users), Google Play's billing system (for Android App users), and Stripe (for Telegram Bot users), and similar third-party agencies in order to detect fraud and to secure payments and unauthorized transactions and claims using the Services.
We share your personal information with service providers that help us operate the Services. The providers we currently rely on are:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Linode, DigitalOcean
- Sign-in: Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple, when you choose to create or access your account with one of those accounts
- Subscriptions and purchases: RevenueCat, which manages subscription status on our behalf, together with Apple's In-App Purchase system, Google Play's billing system, and Stripe
- Push notifications: OneSignal, which receives an identifier for your account and your app language in order to deliver notifications to your device
- Maps and location: Mapbox, which receives your device's IP address when map tiles and geocoding results are loaded
- Website forms: Formspree
- Error reporting: Rollbar
We also work with mobile app platforms, messaging platforms, CRM and communication systems, SaaS services, mailing systems, and financial, legal or technical advisers, who may process personal information on our behalf in the course of providing those services.
We share your personal information with public authorities or law enforcement agencies, in order to respond to a juridical process or to regulatory authorities when it is necessary or appropriate to disclose your personal information, such as to prevent fraud or law violations. - Location Services: To display maps and provide location-relevant property listings (general location only, not precise GPS)

You may see external links to third-party websites. And data you provide to that third-party websites are not under the control and not the subject of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy policy applies and is limited only by our Services' resources. For example, if you upload content using any third-party website or social media, even if you share this link on a site, you need to follow their privacy policies and terms of services.
